nous parlerons au téléphone de l'intervention de Maquillage permanent
qui vous intéresse. Nous pourrons par la suite prendre rendez-vous pour
l'application ou pour une consultation sans obligation de votre part.

Vais-je avoir l'air naturel ?
R.
Absolument. Par exemple, pour les sourcils j'utilise une technique spéciale
(Feather) qui donne l'apparence de petits poils implantés entre les poils
déjà existant. Le résultat est des plus naturels. Si vous
avez une idée définitive de ce que vous voulez, je vous conseille
d'appliquer votre maquillage à la maison. Je suivrai exactement votre ligne
et j'utiliserai la même couleur.
Si vous n'êtes pas certaine,
je tracerai vos sourcils avec un crayon non permanent au préalable. Lorsque
vous aimerez le résultat nous choisirons la couleur la plus favorable pour
mettre en valeur votre visage. Q. Quel est l'agent de
coloration utilisé dans le Maquillage permanent ?
R.
Les pigments sont fabriqués à partir de minéraux et de colorants bio-organiques.
Ces pigments sont utilisés depuis plusieurs années dans l'industrie
pharmaceutique et cosmétique. On les retrouve dans les bonbons, la confiserie
et les pilules.

Est-ce une intervention sans danger ?
R.
L'intervention est effectuée dans un environnement aseptisé et sans aucun danger. Des aiguilles et
des tubes jetables sont utilisées. Il y a très peu d'effets secondaires,
peut-être une légère rougeur qui disparaîtra peu de
temps après la procédure.
J'applique le Maquillage permanent
avec la plus récente technologie. L'appareil
Nouveau contour digital assure une micropigmentation unique pour un résultat
supérieur et à très long terme.
Q. Peut-on
avoir une réaction allergique ?
R.
Jusqu'à présent, aucun cas d'allergie pigmentaire n'a été recensé.
Toutefois, si vous le désirez nous pouvons faire un test au préalable en appliquant
un peu de pigments sous la ligne de vos cheveux.

Q. Est-ce douloureux ?
R. Un gel topique
et anesthésique est utilisé dans la région à traiter
diminuant ainsi la douleur à presque nulle.
Q. Combien
de temps faut-il pour accomplir le traitement ?
Le temps approximatif
oscille entre 1 à 2 heures.
Q. Est-ce que le Maquillage
permanent va durer longtemps ?
 R.
Une fois la couleur insérée dans le derme, ce sera permanent. Avec
le temps, la couleur va s'estomper et mes clients(es) reviennent pour une retouche
après 5-8 ans. (J'offre généralement un prix spécial
pour les retouches).
Q. Y a-t-il des soins spécifiques après le traitement ?
R. Votre routine habituelle peut généralement être reprise après le traitement. Toutefois, la natation ou des exercices vigoureux doivent être évités durant quelques jours. La période de guérison recommandée se situe entre 4 à 7 jours.

Q. Tell
me about the procedure :
A.
First we would make an appointment in order to consult with you in terms of the
look you want to achieve.
Q.
Will it be natural or a dramatic look ?
A. There is two things to consider; Shape
and Colour If you have a very definite idea of what you would like
to have done, I recommend that you put your make-up on, as you would normally
do so at home. Then I will do the procedure following the shape and colours you
have created. If you are not so sure, I will draw the shape with non-permanent
pencil, once you like the result, we will discuss and decide also for a color
that will accentuate your features. We will also discuss of the technique that
I will be using; for example for the eyebrows; I could use the method of Feathering
witch create lines so fine that it looks like real hair, for the eyes you could
have a line for eyeliner or a dotting method where small dots are placed in between
the lashes to give a fuller, thicker look.

What are the coloring agents used in permanent makeup ?
A.
The colouring pigment used in permanent make-up is bio-organic and FDA approved.
They're inert in nature and don't interfere with the body's chemistry. These pigments
have been used for many years in the pharmathutical industry and cosmetics. We
aslo find them in candies, pills, jams and many other foods. Q. Is permanent makeup a safe
procedure ?
A. The procedures
are only performed under sterile conditions. Only disposable needles and "tubes"
are used. There are no long-term side effects; short-term effects may include
some redness, swelling and tenderness.  I
apply Permanent Make-Up with the latest technology
and state-of-the-art equipment available. The ‘Nouveau
Contour Digital’, from Germany, provides a unique micro pigmentation
system for superior and ultimate long lasting results.
The hand piece
is equipped with a needle and needle “tube” integrated in one disposable
cartridge system. Tests have proven that risk of cross contamination with traditional
machines due to possible backflow of liquids and circulation of contaminated air
within the hand piece is prevalent.
For the safety of both the technician
and the client, the Nouveau Contour system works
unlike other systems and is therefore, void of any possibility of cross contamination.

Q. Could there be any allergic reactions ?.
A. There are no known allergic reactions
to pigments. Allergy tests can be performed during the course of a free consultation,
prior to the inital procedure, by applying a tiny bit of pigment into the hairline.
Q. Is there any discomfort associated
with the procedure ?
A. Topical
gel-like anesthetics are applied to the area being worked upon which significantly
block pain. Most patients report little or no discomfort.
Q. How long does the procedure take to complete ?
The average
time required for a procedure is between 1 to 2 hours. Q. What kind of healing time
is involved ?
A.
Some swelling and redness can be expected for 24 hours following the procedure.
A cold compress helps to reduce any swelling around the eye area. The treated
area must be kept clean. No makeup should be applied for several days. Some skin
peeling and lightening of the applied color is normal. If any additional adjustments
are desired, these will be made during your follow-up appointment usually 3 weeks
later if needed. Q.
How long does Permanent Make-Up last ?
A. Once the color is inserted in the derma
it will be permanent, it will always be there. It will fade with time and my clients
usually choose to return for touch-ups after 5-8 years. (I like to give a special
price to my clients for touch-ups)
Q. Is any care required after the procedure ?
A. Regular routines usually can be resumed immediately after
the procedure. However, swimming or vigorous exercise should be avoided for a
few days. Normal healing times is between 4 to 7 days.
